We can help you decide! In general, testing is indicated when you are unsure of your diagnosis and therapy is indicated when you are aware of what goals you would like to work on.
Treatment time frames will depend on what your goals are. However, The American Psychological Association published statistics regarding how long it may take for treatment to work. Their data states: “Recent research indicates that on average 15 to 20 sessions are required for 50 percent of patients to recover as indicated by self-reported symptom measures.”
