Gabriella Gomez Ph.D

Dr. Gabriella Gomez, PhD, is a bilingual licensed psychologist in the state of Colorado. She earned both her Master’s degree in Psychology and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Southern Methodist University in Texas. As a graduate student she worked with children, adolescents, and adults conducting psychological assessments, neuropsychological evaluations, and therapy. After completing her doctoral degree she worked for adult probation in Dallas primarily completing substance abuse and dual diagnosis evaluations in English and Spanish, as well as serving as the evaluator for a diversionary drug court program.
Dr. Gomez moved to Colorado in 2019 after taking a position doing court ordered competency evaluations for the State of Colorado. Throughout her career her main interests and strengths have been providing services to Spanish speakers and performing evaluations, testing, and writing reports to help diagnose and provide treatment recommendations to individuals ranging from childhood through late adulthood.

She is excited to bring that passion to The Center for Cognitive Health and to transition from nearly a decade of working in the public sector to private practice. In her free time Dr. Gomez enjoys spending time with her mischievous little dog, attending yoga classes, cooking new recipes, and learning how to bake all kinds of sweets at this high altitude.
