Payment & Insurance
We accept and are in-network with a variety of health insurance plans and programs, to help reduce the expense of paying out of pocket for our services. We can help you work with your health insurance company to determine if evaluations and therapy services are covered services within your specific health plan. If we are able to utlize your health insurance plan, we will also help you determine what out-of-pocket costs you may owe after your deductible, co-pay, and/or co-insurance are accounted for.
We also provide pay-as-you-go and pre-set package programs, if you will not be utilizing a health insurance plan to pay for your services. Contact our team to identify and discuss the payment options that you may have available.

Cancellation Policy
We require 12 hours notice to modify or cancel or an appointment. Appointments can be changed via email, phone, or directly in your client portal. The financial penalty of late cancels or modifications ranges per provider.
